At the Wrocław University of Economics, which is the partner in the project: “ The acceleration method of development of transversal competences in the students’ practical training process “, which has been launched under the Erasmus +Program, coordinated by the Poznan University of Technology, the next stage of the project has been launched: test implementation and investigation of developed reference models of Processes of acquisition of transversal competences which are the most important for entrepreneurs.

The aim of the testing process is to assess the growth of transversal competences such as entrepreneurship, creativity, communicativeness and teamwork among university students. Activities related to the testing of the Process, developed by the staff of the University, together with the Poznan University of Technology and other Partners were initiated. At the University of Economics in Wroclaw three methods of practical teaching will be used in the testing process: brainstorming, team work and case study. Students were introduced to the topic of the project implementation and the essence of activities related to the development of transversal competences in practical training. The research tools used in the project were identified as well as the importance of linking between the needs of higher education in the field of transversal competences and the expectations of employers on a labor market. The testing process will last until the end of October 2017.
