Series of meetings with representatives of the signatories of the Letter of Intent within working groups.

Heads of institutions, representatives of which singed the Letter of Intent, appointed representatives to work on the AWT^® project preparations. Uring the first meeting with the representatives a project activity concept was introduced, scope of necessary works to be done was initially discussed, further details regarding the composition of working teams was agreed. Four teams were created, which at that stage were assigned the following issues:
– team 1: monitoring and forecasting system,
– team 2: continuing education,
– team 3: promotion of technical faculties,
– team 4: organising cooperation and project works (organisation, legal, financial issues).
