Series of individual meetings with the signatories of the Letter of Intent.

During the meeting with the signatories of the Letter of Intent, the scope of activities they can contribute to develop the project was discussed. Doubts about the concept of the project were discussed. The meetings focused on the scope of the possible cooperation, including activity areas, where the signatories’ institutions may be involved. The meetings comprised preparatory stage for discussions in working groups; a website for the signatories was prepared and launched to streamline the communication.
