Second meeting in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

During the meeting with the representatives of the Department of Implementations and Innovations, the progress of programme preparations was presented; the need for construction either of the financing path within the system-based projects or a different one has been signalled; a different path was meant as financing a project either by one source or by small group of sources; it was also noted that , for such complex projects, there should be either a formula of the system-based projects or a different “no’competition”one which would allow for ongoing consultations on pilot project preparations.
