The subject of this year Forum were “Public Services of Employment and the Partners of Labour Market – employment agencies and training institutions towards the challenges of labour market and plans of MPiPS”. One of the leading subjects of this year conference was the problem of increasing of professional qualifications of the labour market brokers and professional consultants connected with the VCC certification.

I the few days meeting together more than 80 persons participated including: Directors of Voivodeship and District Labour Offices as well as employees of labour market institutions.

Conference was organized by Centre of Self-Government Studies in Tarnów under the patronage of Poznań University of Technology and Accelerator of Technical Knowledge, Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, Association HUMANEO as well as Institute VCC.
