On May 13, 2017, a full-day workshop will be held: “Designing Incentive Systems for the Millennial’s Generation“, which will be attended by students of Poznan Universities and representatives of companies from the Wielkopolska Region Education and Economic Network. The workshops are organized by the TOP500 Innovators Association, in cooperation with the Poznan University of Technology – Faculty of Management Engineering as part of the Technical Knowledge Accelerator (AWT®) and the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center.

The challenge faced by this year’s participants in Poznan Workshops is the attempt to find consensus among high expectations for employers by young generation entering the labor market (born in the years 1990 and 2000), and the possibility of their real fulfillment and understanding of Millennial’s needs of employees of HR departments of the largest Wielkopolska Region Companies.

Among the entrepreneurs involved in the realization of the workshop is Mahle Behr Ostrów Wielkopolski Sp. Zo.o., who helped us financially in the event, but also participated in the workshop and shared his experience in the area of the discussed issue.

During the workshop:

THE COMPANIES WILL HAVE A POSSIBILITY:

–          get acquainted with creative and human-oriented methods of working and designing innovative solutions,

–          work out solutions to the Millennial’s Generation challenges facing the company,

–          use developed solutions to implement them in the enterprise,

–          receive workshop results in the form of a test report.

STUDENTS:

–          will be able to get acquainted with creative and human-oriented methods of working and designing innovative solutions,

–          will know the point of view of Wielkopolska Region key entrepreneurs, in relation to the challenges of the first job and the ability to meet the requirements of potential candidates by companies,

–          will participate in the creation of innovative solutions that can be implemented by the key Wielkopolska Region companies.
