On the 16^th of May, 2013 at Poznań University of Technology during the Convention of Governors of Wielkopolska Voivodeship His Magnificence Rector of Poznań University of Technology and representatives of thirty districts of Wielkopolska Voivodeship have ceremonially signed “Letter expressing the will of collaboration within the framework of Accelerator of Technical Knowledge (AWT®)”. Will of collaboration was expressed by the districts of Chodzież, Czarnków-Trzcianka, Gostyń, Grodzisk, Jarocin, Kalisz, Koło, Konin, Kościan, Leszno, Międzychód, Nowy Tomyśl,  Oborniki, Ostrów, Ostrzeszów, Piła, Pleszew, Poznań, Rawicz, Słupca, Szamotuły, Śrem, Turek, Wągrowiec, Wolsztyn, Września, Złotów as well as the city of Konin and the city of Poznań.

Signatories committed themselves among others to act for the access of children and youth to the knowledge, continuous improvement of skills, adjustment of competencies and qualifications to changing environment, prevention of social exclusion.
