“Employee in the Management System” is the Polish nationwide scientific conference organized on the 21^st March, 2013 in Jelenia Góra by the Cathedral of the Quality and Environment Management of the Faculty of Economy, Management and Tourism of the Wrocław University of Economics.

Poznań University of Technology and Accelerator for Technical Knowledge (AWT®) have been represented by dr. eng. Maciej Szafrański, who during his speech elaborated on the essence of preventive actions undertaken in companies, costs of undertaking of such activities as well as project “Time for Professionals” as an example of undertaking supporting entrepreneurs in the field of preventive actions.
